for the Global CX Community. As an Ambassador, we are happy to reward
your efforts of bringing new members to the community with 10% of these
members‘ fees for the lifetime of their membership.

Acknowledgements

The Customer Institute will provide me with a unique URL that members of my audience can use to join the Global CX Community. Only members joining via this unique URL can be attributed to my efforts.
I will receive 10% revenue share for all membership fees (excluding taxes) produced via my unique URL. I will receive this revenue share for the lifetime of the members who join via my unique URL. The Customer Institute will update me several times per year about the size of the member community won via my unique URL. Once a year, I will receive a report based on which I will invoice the Customer Institute for earned revenue share. I am solely responsible for invoicing and taxation of such revenue shares. Cost of money transfer to my account is at my expense.
I am aware that I always have the option of donating my revenue share to a charity cause of my choice, e.g. if my employer‘s compliance rules prevent me from invoicing for revenue share. All I have to do if I want to use this charity option is to inform the Customer Institute of the charity cause I want to donate to instead of issuing an invoice at the time of receiving the revenue report. Please note that we cannot donate to a specific charity but only to a cause you specify (e.g., girl empowerment, cancer research, etc.). You will receive proof of payment for the donation.
