Once your submission is received, we will schedule the certification meeting with you and the Certification Board.

Certification of your submitted material is based on the decision of the Customer Institute's directors who participate in the certification meeting of your case. The directors are unbiased and independent in their decision, which is based on the institute's certification criteria and the directors' interpretation thereof.
