This documents everything we discussed in our personal conversation. Should you need to clear your membership on our BoD internally for compliance reasons, then this is the document that will help you do that. Please read and – if you agree with all points – sign the document to upload it further down on this page. If you are already a director on our board and register for the new board year, you do not need to submit another signed copy of the guidelines.
