This is the first program in Russia that covers all aspects of CX profession, including the role and position of CCO, the benefits of customer centricity, how customer impressions and experience are built, how to measure and manage customer experience, how to communicate with customers and work with the feedback, how to build CX strategy, measure and develop customer-centric culture, manage CX transformation projects in a company and how to develop your skills as CX expert and CCO.
The format of the program allows flexibility in format (online/offline) and gives opportunity to blend theoretical knowledge with practical excersises (one 8-hour module per week in offline format, two 4-hour modules in online format) and practial homework that gives the chance to implement the acquired knowledge to the realities of the business. The howework is checked by the trainers and discussed at the beginning of each module.
