How to Achieve CCCX Certification?
For CX practitioners seeking formal recognition of their expertise, CCCX certification is achieved by passing one of the many Customer Institute certified courses offered by training organizations around the globe or online.
You can find a list of all CCCX qualifying courses in the training section of the Global CX Community, which is free to join. Qualifying courses end with a short exam, and passing this optional exam will earn you CCCX certification.
Real Expertise Does Not Expire!
We believe that a career in experience management with proven achievements in learning does not require eternal renewals of an earned certification! This is why only our initial CCCX certification has a limited validity for three years. Once you show your continued expertise in the industry by renewing your CCCX once after no less than two years, your CCCX certification turns into a lifetime certificate that needs no further renewal.

Seamless, Decentralized Certification Process
Our certification process is designed for your convenience. Trainers authorized by the Customer Institute conduct certified training sessions, administer exams, and issue certifications through the Customer Institute upon successful completion of the course. This decentralized approach allows you to receive an official CCCX certificate, offering not only recognition but also a significant milestone in your journey towards CX excellence.
We Honor Selected Third-Party Certifications for your CCCX Certification
Our philosophy is that you should not have to keep proving yourself over and over again. This is why we honor selected third-party certifications as one or two of your required certifications to earn lifelong CCCX certification. At this time, we honor CXPA’s Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) certification. Additional third-party certifications are under review and will be added later.
